How We Build Our Bakery Directory
This page explains where our information comes from, how we keep it accurate and what we will and won't publish.

What is estimated
Some features are estimates and are always labelled as such: "Usually busy" charts are modelled from the type of bakery and its opening hours, not measured footfall; menus show typical items and indicative prices for that style of bakery unless stated otherwise. Always check with the bakery for allergens and current prices.
Reviews
Visitor reviews are moderated before publication. We remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, written by the business about itself or its competitors, or that appear to be paid for. We never write or buy reviews.
Corrections
If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it, usually within a few days. Closed bakeries are removed once we can confirm the closure.
